What is the Benefits Portal and what can you do with it?

It's a Visa site where cardholders can access information on the benefits each credit or debit card has.

Register and discover all the benefits available for you. Learn how by clicking here. 

You can learn more about each benefit, as well as generate a certificate or make a reclaim.

Register in the Benefits Portal to enjoy incredible benefits

Number one

Registration

Click here to access the registration form inside the Benefits Portal.

Fill in your personal information and email address, create a password and complete the security questions.

Number two

Activate your account

After completing the form you will receive an email with which you will be able to activate your account.

Click on the "Activate you account" button in the email. You will be redirected to the Benefits Portal where you should enter with the e-mail and password created in the first step.

Number three

Finalize your registration

In the Portal you will finalize the registration process by entering the first 16 numbers of your card. This will let Visa know what type of card you have and show you the benefits available for you.

Find everything you need in the Visa Benefits Portal

If you need to make use of the benefits available for you or make a reclaim you should: 

  • Be registered in the Benefits Portal and have your Visa card registered
  • Log in to the Benefits Portal with your user and password
  • Choose the benefits
  • Choose the option to "Generate a Certificate" or "Make a Reclaim"
  • Follow the next steps
